A-B-Skis author, Libby Ludlow, is a former U.S. Ski Team member and 2006 Olympian. After retiring from her ten-year ski racing career, Libby graduated from Dartmouth College and earned her J.D. at the University of Washington. During law school, she founded ZGiRLS, a national nonprofit that provides confidence-building programs to girls, which she co-ran for four years. Libby now works for Backcountry.com and writes on the side. Currently living in Park City, Utah, Libby can be found chasing fresh powder, single track, and her toddler. Nathan Jarvis is an internationally-known illustrator whose work has graced the pages of the New York Times, Highlights for Children, and scores of children’s books. A graduate of Art Center College of Design, Nathan is an expert at creating playful custom art for kids areas through his business Smartful Kids. Nathan lives in Heber City, Utah where he creates whimsical art in his studio year-round. In the winter, Nathan teaches skiing at Park City Mountain Resort and is a certified PSIA Children's Specialist ski instructor.
